Manufacturing company “Balcity” LLC celebrated its 15^th anniversary in April 2021. Throughout company’s history more than 2 000 000 LPG tanks of various capacities and types were produced. BALCITY is advancing rapidly and continuing to expand its product range.

Originally BALCITY established itself as major producer of LPG tanks for vehicles on the CIS market. The company manufactures classic cylindrical tanks, toroidal tanks and twin tanks of block design, with capacity varying from 30 to 220 l. BALCITY is the exclusive supplier of LPG tanks on assembly lines of “Gorkiy automobile plant”, “Pavlovsk automobile plant” and “Ulyanovsk automobile plant”.

All the items produced are in conformity with standards valid in the Customs union (technical regulations ТР ТС 018/2011, ТР ТС 032/2013). “Balcity” LPG tanks for vehicles have ECE UN 67-01 homologations. BALCITY`s production plant is certified according to the international standard of series ISO 9001-2015, which suggests BALCITY as reliable and high-quality supplier.

BALCITY`s top priorities are introduction of new technologies to the production chain and continuous technical upgrade of production facilities. Presently the company uses modern hydraulic presses for blanking; welding in shielding gas atmosphere and plasma arc cutting machines with digital control; robotized welding of toroidal tanks and flanges. Powder coating is effected on an automatic line with prior treatment of tank surface with special chemical agents for the better adhesion.

Introduction of modern equipment contributes greatly to the enhanced quality of production and widens the scope of production capabilities of the company. Up to date, BALCITY is considered to be one of the most progressive companies in its field.

Considering the fact that production of LPG tanks is connected with great amount of responsibility, BALCITY`s executive staff and engineers enhance their skills and knowledge on regular basis studying and visiting production plants of its European partner-companies.

A lot is being done for cost-cutting, achieving the optimum “price-quality” balance and establishing long-lasting relationships with customers.
